Thinkpad Fixed!
Posted on April 19, 2009 10:11pm in fixed., thinkpad sl500 and Ubuntu.Well tonight i finally got round to taking apart my think pad sl500 apart and removing the wwan card that was causing problems. So i now have a stable laptop that's duel boot xp and ubuntu! onley problem is that i now have a wwan card and 2 screws that i need to keep safe.

Posted on April 19, 2009 7:21pm in f3507g, problems, sl500, Ubuntu and XP.My lenovo thinkpad sl500,s f3507g mobile device the wwan 3g card is causing me problems. It has developed a fault and keeps on dissapering and repapering. Even on ubuntu !! I cannot find anywhere to switch it off in bios and it is relay begining to bug me. Any ideas?
